This was a concept pitch for Aperol and their summer 2024 activation.

My role was to generate 3 concept routes that leant into their previous activation 'Aperidisco' 2023 and the hashtag 'Together in sound'.  These routes included elements of wayfinding, PR & social and gamification.

​

Once the preferred route was chosen, we explored various approaches to hit key budget targets, giving the client a clear understanding of what they could afford.

'Join us as we create the perfect mix of people, place and time, Together in Sound.
This is the Summertime mix'

The winning concept was 'Summertime mix'. Taking a typical summer-terrace and remixing it into joy-filled moments. Bringing the  embodiment of the joy of a summer soundtrack into the physical.

The final sketches were focused on the gold venue 'Pergola' in Paddington.

The concept was driven with an understanding of how it could be affordably executed within the clients budget.

Knowledge of materials, detailing and finishing was incredibly important for this project to make sure we were able to maximise the available budget and still achieve an impressive and immersive experience.
